Beatty Bangle Strama PC is pleased to announce that Leah Stewart and Eric Lipman join the firm. Their practices focus primarily on health law and commercial litigation, respectively.
Ms. Stewart joins Brenda Strama to expand the firm’s healthcare practice. Ms. Stewart represents healthcare providers, including hospitals, pharmacies, physicians, and healthcare businesses on regulatory, operational and transactional matters. Prior to joining Beatty Bangle Strama, Ms. Stewart was an associate at Vinson & Elkins in Austin where she focused solely on healthcare law, with an emphasis on managed care. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from Texas A&M University, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Health Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and Austin Health Lawyers. More »
Mr. Lipman’s practice covers a broad spectrum of commercial litigation matters. He has significant experience in antitrust, intellectual property, insurance & reinsurance, environmental and construction litigation. Before joining Beatty Bangle Strama, Mr. Lipman was associated with the law firm of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, LLP in New York, NY. Mr. Lipman clerked for the Hon. P. Kevin Castel, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Lipman received a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law. Mr. Lipman is admitted to practice in New York and Texas. More »
